Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Balsamic #SundaySupper
Roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon and onion and balsamic vinegar
1 pound Brussels Sprouts, trimmed
4 strips bacon, chopped
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 Tbls olive oil
1 Tbls balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet saute bacon and onion together until the bacon is crisp, and the onions are soft. Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan, mix everything together, and cook for 5 minutes. Drizzle balsamic vinegar, and toss to coat.
