I realize I kind of missed the boat on the Harry Potter treats. But Halloween is all about witches and wizards, so I thought it was time to bring it back! That, and I have a 7 year old who is completely obsessed. He has read 5 of the books so far, and is just waiting until we let him start book 6. He will sit and read them for hours, he loves them so much. I am sure you can guess what he is being for Halloween 
So, I thought it would be fun to make him some Butterbeer this Halloween. There are so many recipes out there, and it was way easier to make then I ever thought it would be. I made the whipped topping from scratch, but if you were in a hurry, you could flavor some cool whip, and I am sure it would still be great! In a matter of minutes you can be transported to The Three Broomsticks.
My 7 year absolutely loved this. He was so excited that we made it. Even I enjoyed my glass. I hope you make this for all of your witches and wizards for Halloween.
