Thursday Things

Do you make New Year’s Resolutions?  Do you have “Bucket List”?  How about a “Culinary Bucket List”?  I have never been one to make resolutions.  If I want to make a change, I tend to do it then, not wait.  I have places in my head that I want to visit sometime, but nothing written down.  Same in the kitchen.  In the back of my mind I have things I want to make at some point.  Well, after #SundaySupper this week, where we tackled recipes from our bucket list.  I decided to actually write them down.

If I share it with you, maybe I will actually manage to check some of these off.  I am better when others hold me accountable :)  I have made a couple of these years and years ago.  Some didn’t turn out, some just need to be made again now that I actually know what I am doing.  I know there is more to add, but it is a start for now.

Poptarts
Homemade Sausage

If you have ideas for others, let me know!  I am all for adding to my work :)

Hopefully throughout the year I can reference this, and cross some of these off.  I actually made one this week that I will be sharing later, so I am off to a good start!

How about you?  What is on your list?

  3. I need to bite the bullet and make some darn macarons already. But, they’re so hard, and their little feet have to be perfect, and they have such a delicate composition. I just gotta do it though :)
