My in laws are here this weekend. My son’s birthday is next week, so we get to celebrate early with them. We also have another flag football game to go to. Hopefully the weather will be much better this time. Thankfully we only have 1 this time. There is another one on Monday night, but a double header was a lot to take last weekend.

This is what I was up to this week:
Brownie Cupcakes with Cookie Dough Frosting – my 1 year blogiversary. I celebrated with fudgy brownie cupcakes, topped with an amazing frosting.
Oreo Pudding Cookies – Super soft and chew cookies with Oreo pudding, and Cookies & Cream candy bars mixed in
What I learned – A reflection on what I learned over my first year of blogging.
Avocado Chicken Salad – Chicken salad without all the mayo. Plus homemade baked tortilla chips (only 80 calories for 16 chips).
Greek Vinaigrette – Lemon, garlic, and oregano in a versatile vinaigrette. Great for salads or use as a marinade.
