Are you ready for Easter? I think I am ready. I have the menu planned, and the basket stuff in the closet. At some point I guess I need to prep the basket, and fill the plastic eggs. I boiled eggs yesterday, so we can decorate them today. Should be a fun weekend!
Here is what I was up to this week:
Easter Basket Cupcakes – Super cute cupcakes that look like mini Easter baskets.
Calzones – Homemade calzones, very versatile and way easier than you think.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Pancakes – Pancakes that taste like warm chocolate chip cookies, and only 275 calories a stack!
Indian Spiced Quiche – Spinach and Potatoes with lots of Indian spices. Great for brunch or a light dinner.
Double Cookies and Cream Kiss Bars – Chocolate Chip Cookies, Oreo Cookies, and Cookies and Cream Hershey Kisses together in one amazing bar!
Here are a few things I have bookmarked around the web this week:
Guacamole Taco Burgers by Cinnamon Spice and Everything Nice – Grilling weather is here, and guacamole is one of my favorite toppings. These look amazing!
Mongolian Beef by Tracey’s Culinary Adventures – This looks so full of flavor. I love Asian flavors, this will be made soon!
Caramel Cadbury Egg Bars by Something Swanky – LOVE Cadbury caramel eggs. Great use of all the Easter candy!
Caramel Brownies Bites by Your Homebased Mom – Apparently I was on a caramel kick this week, but these are over the top insane!
Strawberries & Cream Pie by Gingerbread Bagels – I can not wait for fresh strawberries, this pie looks like it would be amazing!
Have a great Easter, thanks for stopping by!
