Happy Saturday!! I hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving with your friends and family. We were visiting family in Wisconsin, so it was great to spend time family, and just relax for a couple days. I was in the kitchen helping my mother in-law make a delicious Thanksgiving dinner. We went non-traditional and had a pork roast instead of turkey. We had stuffing and all the traditional sides with it, so it was a great meal.
The meal plan this week has you covered with using up some of those leftovers. A turkey and cranberry monte cristo sandwich is perfect, and check out that ham and potato casserole if you made a ham for Thanksgiving. And we have a couple healthier dishes to get you back on track after indulging over the weekend.
