Tomorrow starts a new year. Do you set New Year’s Resolutions? I don’t usually. I consistently workout all year round. I know my diet could use some work, but I am always trying to be conscious of it, even when I am shoveling in the cookies. This year though, I want to make a resolution. I want to spend less time working. I tend to spend too much time in the evening on the computer, monitoring social media and doing blog stuff. I want to take a step back and try to have more set work hours.
