I don’t know about you, but when we have people over, I am running around ahead of time cleaning the house, picking up everything, and making sure we have enough food and drinks. I don’t want to also have to stress about what to make and if people will like it. It want it to be easy! Especially in the summer when it seems like we are busier than ever. I don’t have time for all of that!

These Italian Meatball Caprese Skewers use Cooked Perfect Meatballs, so they are quick and easy to make!  Cooked Perfect meatballs are so good because of the high quality ingredients they use. They also flame-broil the meatballs, so you get that great texture and flavor on the outside, but are soft and tender in the middle. They go with pretty much anything from your family dinners to big parties!

I am a sucker for meatballs. I would eat them pretty much every day and in every form. I have said that many times on the blog. So it should come as no surprise that I turned a classic caprese salad into something that involves Italian meatballs. They are so easy to make, even your pickiest kid is going to want to try them!

I used the Cooked Perfect Italian Style meatballs, because I wanted the savory herbs in there to help bring the skewers together. But you could use the Homestyle or the Sweet Italian meatballs with this and it would be delicious

The meatballs are so fast and easy to prepare, you can have these Italian Meatball Caprese Skewers ready in just minutes. While the meatballs are heating up, you can thread the skewers with fresh tomatoes and balls of Mozzarella cheese. Then put on the cooked meatballs, and you are done! For the vinaigrette I took prepared pesto and thinned it out with olive oil so it would drizzle over the skewers.
