Strawberry Margarita Punch - Your favorite strawberry margarita all dressed up and turned into a fun strawberry punch!

The one camp that my son was in all summer was this week, and today is the last day.  He loved it!  He came home every day and told us all about the chemistry experiments they did in the morning, and the fun things they did in their myth busters class in the afternoon.  They even got to use a roll of duct tape to make anything they wanted, and test its strength compared to the original object.  My 10 year old made a wallet, and all things considered it was pretty darn good!  Tonight I am taking him and a friend to the local collegiate league baseball game to celebrate.  I am sure they will have watching the game, playing the games, and running after foul balls.  Perfect summer Friday night activity!

Strawberry Margarita Punch {Dinners, Dishes, and Desserts}

I think the best part of going out for Mexican food is getting to enjoy a strawberry margarita.  But I think the best part of going to a party is getting to have strawberry punch.  So I decided to combine the two in a fun and fruity strawberry margarita punch.  Seriously, this is one delicious drink you need to make this summer.  It is the perfect backyard, sitting on the patio, hanging out with friends summer cocktail.  Fizzy, fruity, and spiked with tequila!  A whole pitcher will be gone in no time, so stock up.

I brought this strawberry punch to a friends house for a barbeque a few weeks ago.  There were three of us that drank this, and it was gone when we left.  It is all that you love of a strawberry margarita but with a fizzy twist.  Strawberry margarita punch is super easy to make too. I used frozen strawberries so it would be extra cold, limeade concentrate, orange juice, triple sec, tequila and for the fizz…..sweet prosecco!  I found a Strawberry Moscato that worked perfectly, but any sweet sparkling wine will work great.  The blender does all the work, and then you just mix in the fizz at the end.  Super easy, so you will want to have extra ingredients on hand so you can whip up another batch!
