It is the last day of March, wow! This year is just flying by. This weekend we are headed to Dinosaur National Monument. My 6 year old really likes dinosaurs. Who am I kidding, my husband loves them too. So we are going to check out some fossils, and do a little hiking. Plus our hotel has a pool, so I am sure there will be some swimming involved too. Should be a nice little get away.

No Bake Chewy Granola Bars – A super quick and easy granola bar to make at home. Healthier and cheaper than the store bought alternative.
Baja Shrimp Tacos – A take on Red Robin’s Shrimp Tacos. Chili rubbed shrimp with a spicy chipotle lime sauce.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Oatmeal – Peanut Butter and Jelly “Baked” Oatmeal. Healthy, and ready in 5 minutes!
Butterscotch M&M Bars – Butterscotch flavored blondies with White Chocolate M&M’s
