Happy Saturday! I hope you had a great week and have a fun weekend planed. Happy Father’s Day to all the Dad’s out there. I hope your family spoils you and makes you feel special today. We have had a busy summer so far, so not exactly sure how we are going to celebrate. My son is still trying to figure out the perfect thing he wants to do for Dad tomorrow.
In the mean time, let’s check out the meal plan this week. We have a tasty week ahead of for you! Some simple potatoes for a side dish would go with just about anything! A twist on your classic coleslaw for you to take to a party for serve with your barbecue you are having for Dad. And even a frozen treat makes the menu!

Here is the line up for the meal plan is week:
Monday – Soup/Salad/Seafood/Meatless – start the week off with something a little lighter.
Tuesday – Mexican – Tacos, enchiladas and more!
Wednesday – Pasta/Italian – pasta doesn’t have to mean Italian, so look for all sorts of fun dishes.
Thursday – Rice/Asian – recipes from all over the work that are easy to make in your own home.
Friday – Cocktails! Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a fun cocktail to end the week.
Saturday – Burgers/Grilling/Sandwiches – fire up the grill for an easy dinner.
Sunday – Comfort Food/Slow Cooker – end the week with food your family will love.
