Happy Saturday! I hope you had a great week and have a fun weekend ahead of you! Did you enjoy any extra time off for the 4th of July? We spent the week in Wisconsin with family. It was great to relax and just have fun for the week. We were able to see a couple friends from when we lived in Iowa on the drive through, so that even better! But now we are back and it is time to get back to work!
After traveling I rely on a meal plan like crazy. Getting back into the swing of things, laundry, grocery shopping, and just playing catch up means the meal plans comes in really hand. And this week looks tasty! Lots of fresh veggies, some grilling out, and even a slow cooker recipe for an easy night.
Here is the line up for the meal plan is week:
Monday – Soup/Salad/Seafood/Meatless – start the week off with something a little lighter.
Tuesday – Mexican – Tacos, enchiladas and more!
Wednesday – Pasta/Italian – pasta doesn’t have to mean Italian, so look for all sorts of fun dishes.
Thursday – Rice/Asian – recipes from all over the work that are easy to make in your own home.
Friday – Cocktails! Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a fun cocktail to end the week.
Saturday – Burgers/Grilling/Sandwiches – fire up the grill for an easy dinner.
Sunday – Comfort Food/Slow Cooker – end the week with food your family will love.
