Happy Saturday! I hope you had a great week and a fun weekend in store! I had quite the busy week after not being able to do anything all last weekend. I woke up last Saturday and my back was sore. Not bad, didn’t think much of it. By lunch I could barely move. Sunday I didn’t get off the couch, my husband even made me eat my meals on the couch. Monday was a little better, and finally Tuesday I felt good. So I am slowly getting back to normal! No idea what happened!
My husband stepped up and helped cook and do everything around the house last week, so this week I am taking some things from this meal plan I know he will love an am making them! Those chorizo tacos and buffalo chicken sandwich? He is going to love them!
Here is the line up for the meal plan is week:
Monday – Soup/Salad/Seafood/Meatless – start the week off with something a little lighter.
Tuesday – Mexican – Tacos, enchiladas and more!
Wednesday – Pasta/Italian – pasta doesn’t have to mean Italian, so look for all sorts of fun dishes.
Thursday – Rice/Asian – recipes from all over the work that are easy to make in your own home.
Friday – Cocktails! Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a fun cocktail to end the week.
Saturday – Burgers/Grilling/Sandwiches – fire up the grill for an easy dinner.
Sunday – Comfort Food/Slow Cooker – end the week with food your family will love.
