Happy Saturday! I hope you had a great week and have a fun weekend in store. It has been a busy last couple of weeks with me traveling. I spent a few days in Arizona with some great blogging friends and we shot 25 recipe videos in 2 days. This week I was in South Dakota learning all things about pig farming. Stay tuned for more on that trip!
This week is finally back to normal, whatever that means! I do know that having a meal plan is essential with the crazy schedule we have lately. And fall is in the air, so I am all about some comforting pastas and soup. But still warm enough I am excited for salads and grilling. The meal plan has you covered with all of it this week!
Here is the line up for the meal plan is week:
Monday – Soup/Salad/Seafood/Meatless – start the week off with something a little lighter.
Tuesday – Mexican – Tacos, enchiladas and more!
Wednesday – Pasta/Italian – pasta doesn’t have to mean Italian, so look for all sorts of fun dishes.
Thursday – Rice/Asian – recipes from all over the work that are easy to make in your own home.
Friday – Cocktails! Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a fun cocktail to end the week.
Saturday – Burgers/Grilling/Sandwiches – fire up the grill for an easy dinner.
Sunday – Comfort Food/Slow Cooker – end the week with food your family will love.
