I can’t believe that I forgot to post this over the weekend. We were so busy and had so much going on, I totally forgot! We had one crazy week last week with my son having cross country every day after school, then having Lego robotics 3 times a week, my parents visiting, and my brother having a baby!! We had a couple trips to Denver to see the new baby, and we are all totally in love with him!
So on the menu this week are some super easy dinners, and a super fun cocktail for fall I really want to try! So if you haven’t done all your grocery shopping yet, which if you are anything like me this week you haven’t! Add some of these to your menu! That Korean beef is so fast and easy, and I already have everything on hand I need to make it!
Here is the line up for the meal plan is week:
Monday – Soup/Salad/Seafood/Meatless – start the week off with something a little lighter.
Tuesday – Mexican – Tacos, enchiladas and more!
Wednesday – Pasta/Italian – pasta doesn’t have to mean Italian, so look for all sorts of fun dishes.
Thursday – Rice/Asian – recipes from all over the work that are easy to make in your own home.
Friday – Cocktails! Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a fun cocktail to end the week.
Saturday – Breakfast for Dinner – Everyone’s favorite night of the week. Pancakes, eggs, bacon…you name it!
Sunday – Comfort Food/Slow Cooker – end the week with food your family will love.
