Happy Saturday! I hope you have a fun and relaxing weekend planned! Summer break is here and I couldn’t be happier about it. I am not a big morning person, so not having to wake up to my alarm every morning has been really nice. I am still up early, but not having the alarm wake me up is so nice. My son has definitely enjoyed having a little free time. The last 2 months of school were just crazy with how much we had going on. So this week has been a really nice change.
Next week my son is going on a school trip, so time to get organized and scale down the meal plan so my husband and I aren’t eating out all week.
Here is the line up for the meal plan is week:
Monday – Soup/Salad/Seafood/Chicken – start the week off with something a little lighter.
Tuesday – Mexican – Tacos, enchiladas and more!
Wednesday – Pasta/Italian – pasta doesn’t have to mean Italian, so look for all sorts of fun dishes.
Thursday – Rice/Asian – recipes from all over the work that are easy to make in your own home.
Friday – Cocktails! Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a fun cocktail to end the week.
Saturday – Grilling – break out the grill and enjoy the warm weather.
Sunday – Comfort Food/Slow Cooker – end the week with food your family will love.
