Happy Saturday! I hope you have a fun and relaxing weekend planned! Life is now back to normal after the holidays. It is kind of nice to be back into a routine and know what is happening each day. If you set resolutions how are you doing with them? I am not big on setting resolutions, so I didn’t really set any. I have goals I want to accomplish this year, but those are kind of different. I am getting back on track after a couple weeks of parties, multiple holiday meals and more cookies that I can count. So the meal plan this week is more on the healthy side. My healthy isn’t salads and depriving myself though. So there is still plenty of real food on the menu!
Here is the line up for the meal plan is week:
Monday – Soup/Salad/Seafood/Chicken – start the week off with something a little lighter.
Tuesday – Mexican – Tacos, enchiladas and more!
Wednesday – Pasta/Italian – pasta doesn’t have to mean Italian, so look for all sorts of fun dishes.
Thursday – Rice/Asian – recipes from all over the work that are easy to make in your own home.
Friday – Cocktails! Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a fun cocktail to end the week.
Saturday – Anything goes – Mix it up a little bit – breakfast for dinner, casseroles, easy…you name it!
Sunday – Comfort Food/Slow Cooker/Instant Pot – end the week with food your family will love.
