Happy Saturday! I hope you have a fun and relaxing weekend planned! Do you have plans for the Super Bowl? I can’t believe it is here already. We always go to a friends house who hosts a party. So we will be going there and I will be bringing my famous Corn Dip that I bring every single year. There will be way too much food, but it will be fun to hang out with friends and have a night off. I don’t really care much about the game, my team was out a couple weeks ago. And I swear the commercials seem to get worse and worse every year, but we will all still watch and hope they have a few good ones.

Monday – Soup/Salad/Seafood/Chicken – start the week off with something a little lighter.

Thursday – Rice/Asian – recipes from all over the work that are easy to make in your own home.
Friday – Cocktails! Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a fun cocktail to end the week.
Saturday – Anything goes – Mix it up a little bit – breakfast for dinner, casseroles, easy…you name it!
Sunday – Comfort Food/Slow Cooker/Instant Pot – end the week with food your family will love.
