Happy Saturday! I hope you have a fun and relaxing weekend planned! We should have left for a spring break trip, but ended up cancelling. We were originally scheduled to go to Korea, but had to cancel that in February and rebooked a trip to France. After everything that has happened the last 2 weeks, we cancelled that and will be staying home. This is a crazy time we live in and it is kind of scary to see what is going on. My mom has a very compromised immune system and my in-law are in the higher risk age bracket. so I am really hoping that people would just stay home and eliminate all the “extras” until we can get this under control. In the mean time, I have a pantry and freezer full of food so I am prepared to hunker down and stay well!
Here is the line up for the meal plan is week:
Monday – Soup/Salad/Seafood/Chicken – start the week off with something a little lighter.
Tuesday – Mexican – Tacos, enchiladas and more!
Wednesday – Pasta/Italian – pasta doesn’t have to mean Italian, so look for all sorts of fun dishes.
Thursday – Rice/Asian – recipes from all over the work that are easy to make in your own home.
Friday – Cocktails! Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a fun cocktail to end the week.
Saturday – Anything goes – Mix it up a little bit – breakfast for dinner, casseroles, easy…you name it!
Sunday – Comfort Food/Slow Cooker/Instant Pot – end the week with food your family will love.
