Happy New year!! I can’t believe how quickly 2015 flew by! Did you do anything fun to ring in the new year? We never do much of anything. There was football watching, game playing, my husband made a cake from scratch for my birthday, and we were in bed by 10pm. I was up at midnight though! Someone very close to our house was shooting off fireworks at midnight, so I couldn’t help but be up 🙂
So it is time to start with all of those resolutions that you set. If they are food related we are here to help! We have a great meal plan for you this week. If eating better, cooking more, getting take out less, or anything along those lines is a goal for you, a meal plan is a must!! If you don’t have a plan, it is really hard to succeed.
