Super Bowl weekend is here!! Are you hosting a party, headed to a party, just eating snacks and watching the commercials, or skipping it all together? We are headed to a friends house to watch the game. And by watch, I mean I will hang out in the kitchen around the food, eat, and chat with friends. It was requested I bring my Whiskey Sour Punch and something else tasty. S o I am still trying to decide what I should make! What is your favorite game day food?
Today we are headed up for our first trip skiing of the season. My husband has not skied in 21 years. And 21 years ago, he skied for 1 day in Wisconsin. So this could be interesting. I am excited, because by the end of last season my 10 year old was doing really well and ready to move up. So hopefully after a couple runs this year he will be ready to go and tackling bigger runs.
So the meal plan. My favorite Chicken Gnocchi Soup is on the menu this week. I actually made this in real life last week, so good! Plus fish tacos, baked chicken, and pork chops. That sounds like a delicious meal plan for the week to me! Hope you enjoy!
