Happy Saturday!! Hope you have had a great week! It was another crazy hot one here. One day the thermometer said 102. In Colorado, near the mountains, ate 5000 feet, that is just HOT! Thank goodness for pools and air conditioning! My son spent almost every afternoon at the pool cooling down. And dinner was pretty much on the grill every night. Summer is definitely here and here to stay! I can’t believe we are just over a week from the 4th of July. It is time to start planning get togethers and menus!

I am loving the meal plan this week, lots of meals on the grill, fresh veggies, and frozen desserts. You can’t get much better for summer.
