Happy Saturday! Happy New Year!! I hope that everyone had a great Christmas, Hanukkah, New Years, and any other holiday that you celebrate! For our Christmas we were just the 3 of us this year. We opened presents and had a fun morning, and then headed over to friends house for the afternoon of food, drinks, and lots of fun. After Christmas we were able to spend a few days in Arizona visiting my family. Now if only my son would go back to school! He doesn’t go back until Tuesday, so it has been a long break.
This week ahead will be a rude awakening for all of us I am sure. Back to getting up early in the morning, and being on a schedule. We have had a nice couple weeks of sleeping in and being a little lazy in the morning. So I am going to really need a meal plan this week to help me get through. And on the menu is definitely a few things from this meal plan. Kind of in desperate need of the detox soup, and I am guessing I am not the only one. Those egg cups would be great to make ahead and have for breakfasts too. Can’t wait to try them.
