- 8 oz pasta (udon, linguini, spaghetti etc)
- 1 Tbls Crisco Canola Oil
- 1 pound pork tenderloin , cut into thin strips
- 1 small onion , finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbls rice vinegar
- 2 Tbls Crisco Canola Oil
- 1 Tbls honey
- 2 tsp fresh ginger , grated
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- Chopped Peanuts
- Sliced Green Onions
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add pork tenderloin and onions to the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the pork is browned, and the onions are soft. Add garlic, and cook for 1 minutes.
Meanwhile mix all of the ingredients for the sauce together, and whisk until combined.
Pour the sauce mixture over the pork. Mix together, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
Add cooked noodles to the pan, tossing to coat.
Serve immediately topped with chopped peanuts and green onions.
