Ingredients
  • 8 oz pasta (udon, linguini, spaghetti etc)
  • 1 Tbls Crisco Canola Oil
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin , cut into thin strips
  • 1 small onion , finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
Sauce
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbls rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbls Crisco Canola Oil
  • 1 Tbls honey
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger , grated
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Garnish
  • Chopped Peanuts
  • Sliced Green Onions
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add pork tenderloin and onions to the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the pork is browned, and the onions are soft. Add garlic, and cook for 1 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile mix all of the ingredients for the sauce together, and whisk until combined.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the pork. Mix together, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan, tossing to coat.
  6. Serve immediately topped with chopped peanuts and green onions.
