Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 2/3 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 package cinnamon chips
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 Tbls milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 13x9 pan with foil. Spray with nonstick spray.
  2. Beat the butter and sugars together until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat thoroughly
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder , 1 tsp cinnamon and salt together. Add to butter mixtures. Mix until just combined. Fold in cinnamon chips. Spread batter into the pan.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the bars cool completely before cutting into them. When ready to serve, combine powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and milk until the right consistency to drizzle. The amount of milk may vary. Drizzle glaze over bars. Serve.
