No Churn Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream - super creamy mint chocolate chip ice cream that you can make in minutes, no ice cream maker required!
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can (14.5 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 cup chocolate chunks , finely chopped (or mini chocolate chips)
- 4-5 drops green food coloring (optional)
Whip heavy cream until you have stiff peaks. Fold in sweetened condensed milk. Add peppermint extract. Taste, add another 1/4 tsp if necessary.
Fold in chocolate
Place in an air tight container and store in the freezer for 6-8 hours, or overnight, until firm
