Leftover Turkey and Stuffing Meatballs

Turn leftover stuffing into turkey and stuffing meatballs. Quick, easy, and great the next day. Dip in leftover gravy or cranberry sauce!
Servings: 24
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups leftover stuffing/dressing
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbls olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl mix together turkey, stuffing, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll into 1 inch meatballs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add meatballs, and brown slightly.
  5. Remove and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
  6. Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce for dipping
