Turkey burgers with a little kick! Topped with fresh tomatoes and homemade guacamole.
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup onion , grated
- 1/4 cup cilantro , finely chopped
- 1 tsp jalapeno , chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into 4 patties.
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Place patties on the grill, and grill for about 6 minutes per side or until fully cooked. During the last 2 minutes, toast buns if desired.
Serve burgers topped with guacamole, fresh tomatoes, and ranch dressing.
