Fresh restaurant style salsa made at home

Ingredients
  • 1 (26 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 (10 oz) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1/3 cup onion , chopped
  • 1 large clove garlic , minced
  • 1/2 jalapeno , minced
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 lime , juiced
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until desired consistency. Taste, and adjust the seasonings to your taste.
  2. Store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 1 week.
