A super healthy smoothie that tastes like apple pie
- 1/2 cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 very large apple , cut into chunks (I used Fuji)
- 1/2 cup skim milk (or almond milk)
Throw everything in the blender, and blend until smooth.
You can add in a non-sugar sweetener if needed.
