A super healthy smoothie that tastes like apple pie

  • 1/2 cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 very large apple , cut into chunks (I used Fuji)
  • 1/2 cup skim milk (or almond milk)
  1. Throw everything in the blender, and blend until smooth.
Recipe Notes

You can add in a non-sugar sweetener if needed.
