  • 2 cups (packed) peeled and chopped apricots
  • 2 cups plain yogurt (I used full fat)
  • 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Pear Vodka (or any vodka you prefer)
  1. Purée the apricots, sugar and lime juice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Chill for several hours (preferably overnight).
  3. Once the mixture has been puréed, stir in the vodka and transfer to your ice cream maker bowl. Process according to manufacturer's directions. The frozen yogurt will be ready to enjoy right away or can be frozen before serving.
