Asian Salad - the classic Asian ramen noodle salad using a homemade dressing - no seasoning packet necessary!  Quick, easy, and great with any meal.

Ingredients
Asian Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbls sugar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Salad
  • 1 bag salad mix
  • 1 can Mandarin orange slices
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 bag dried raman noodles crushed
Instructions
  1. Combine the ingredients for the dressing and mix really well, or shake in a jar.



  2. Add all salad ingredients to a bowl, top with about 1/2 the dressing. Taste and add more if necessary.
