Yogurt Breakfast Bowls - And easy breakfast that will definitely fill you up!

I work from home.  A lot of you know that already.  One thing I make sure I do every day, even though I never see anyone during the day, is shower and get dressed in normal clothes.  If I stayed in my p.j’s all day, I am not sure how much work I would get done.  Something about the act of getting up, showered, and in real clothes just makes me more productive.  You know what else I do every morning?  Eat breakfast.  A lot of times I am cooking recipes throughout the day, but if I don’t start the day with real food, it would not be pretty!

Kara Jean

I have been working with Stonyfield for over a year now.  Recently they gave me the opportunity to also partner up with prAna, an online clothing store.  prAna sells sustainable clothing and accessories, that are fit for just about any activity. They want you to find pieces that reflect you and who you are, while being comfortable all day long.  I was able to pick a piece of clothing to try out and share with you.  I picked the Kara Jeans, and I can tell you they are amazing!  Talk about being comfortable all day.  I can put them on when I get up in the morning and they are comfortable while sitting at my desk, working in my kitchen and even climbing up on chairs to take pictures.  Plus I they look great and I can wear with boots or cute flats to go meet a friend for lunch or volunteer at my son’s school.  Perfect to #JustBeYou!

So breakfast….I am not a huge breakfast eater.  I like quick, easy, and just something to get me started.  I am always hungry in the morning, but very few things sound good.  So after I am showered and dressed, I am all about a bowl of yogurt with fruit and granola.  Oh My Yog Madagascar Vanilla Bean with sliced strawberries or bananas is my favorite combination for a yogurt breakfast bowl.  I do need a little crunch though, so a handful of granola makes it perfect.  And if I am feeling a little crazy, I add a couple chocolate chips! Then I can start my day, be productive and #JustBeYou!

I totally understand about getting dressed in the morning. Same goes for me and working out. Even if I don't want to at first, as soon as I have the clothes on- I figure I might as well go for a run :)

I hear you about getting dressed in the morning - I work at home too and it is SO easy to stay in my PJs all day. Now if I could just get better about eating breakfast... ;)
