Bourbon Peach Limeade
Fresh summer peaches with lime juice and bourbon make for a great summer cocktail
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- 2 large peaches , peeled and diced
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3/4 cup bourbon
Instructions
- In a small saucepan mix together water, sugar, and peaches. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Pour into a bowl, and refrigerate until cool.
- Once peach mixture is cool, blend until smooth. Add bourbon and lime juice.
- Serve over ice
