Bread Dipping Oil - a homemade version of the olive oil bread dip you get at restaurants. It is full of herbs and perfect for just about any bread.

Ingredients

dried oregano

Instructions
In a small bowl mix together all of the spices and garlic until well blended.
When ready to serve add a small amount to the bottom of a bowl and pour olive oil over the top.
Notes
The amount of spice mixture you use will depend on your tastes. I use about 1 1/2 teaspoons of herbs for 1-2 Tablespoons of olive oil.
