Candy Bar Pie
Candy Bar Pie is a great way to use up all of that leftover candy. Mix chopped up candy into your favorite cookie dough and bake into a pie!

Ingredients
- 1 9- inch pie crust
Cookie Dough
- 3/4 cup butter , softened
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup chopped candy
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Press pie crust firmly into a 9 inch pie plate.
- In an electric mixer cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix until well combined. Mix in flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking soda until just combined.
- Using a spatula, fold in the chopped candy.
- Press into the pie crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
