Chicken Taco Burgers
Combine two of your favorites; taco and burgers into one quick, easy, and healthy dinner!

Ingredients
Burgers

pound
ground chicken
1/2
small white onion
, grated
1 1/2
Tablespoons
taco seasoning
Extras

hamburger buns

slices
cheese
(pepper jack or cheddar)
guacamole
salsa
lettuce
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
In a bowl mix together ground chicken, grated onion and taco seasoning. Mix until everything is well combined. Form into 4 equal sized patties.
Place on grill, and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until cooked thru.
During the last 2 minutes of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
Toast buns if desired.
Serve topped with your favorite taco toppings such as salsa, guacamole, and lettuce.
