French Dip Sliders - turn classic French Dip Sandwiches into sliders with melty cheese and a buttery topping. Great for dinner, feeding a crowd, or makes a great appetizer!
Cut slider buns in half and arrange the bottom half of the buns in a 13x9 inch baking dish.
Place slices of provolone cheese over the bottom of the buns.
Arrange the roast beef evenly over the top of the cheese.
Top the roast beef with the top slider bun.
In a small bowl melt the butter. Mix together with garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and sesame seeds. Brush mixture over the top of the buns.
Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Meanwhile, mix 3 cups of water with 1 packet of au jus seasoning (follow the measurements on the back of your packet), Whisk until well combine, bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour au jus into small bowls and serve with the sliders.
Notes
