Ingredients
4
pounds
grapes
8
oz
cream cheese
softened
1
cup
sour cream
1/4
cup
granulated sugar
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
1/2
cup
chopped walnuts
1/3
cup
light brown sugar
Instructions
Rinse the grapes well, then dry them thoroughly. Any leftover water will thin out the dressing and make the salad watery.
4 pounds grapes
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla, and mix until well combined and creamy.
8 oz cream cheese,
1 cup sour cream,
1/4 cup granulated sugar,
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Gently fold the grapes into the dressing until they're evenly coated.
Sprinkle the brown sugar and walnuts over the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
1/2 cup chopped walnuts,
1/3 cup light brown sugar
Serve cold. Give it a gentle stir if needed, and serve straight from the fridge.
