In a small bowl mix together all of the ingredients for the dressing. Mix until well combined. Cover and store in the fridge until ready to use.
½ cup mayo, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar, 3 cloves garlic, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In a large bowl add all of the salad ingredients.
8 cups chopped iceberg lettuce, 8 oz salami, 8 oz deli ham, 8 oz pepperoni, 8 oz provolone cheese, 1 cup grape tomatoes, ½ cup thinly sliced red onion, ½ cup pepperoncini peppers
