Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix
Make this hot chocolate mix with only 4 ingredients! This powdery mix keeps in the pantry for months and makes the creamiest cup of homemade hot cocoa. Just add hot water or milk.
Servings: 20 cups of hot chocolate (approx.)
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups powdered milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Instructions
- Sift all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl to get rid of any lumps. Whisk until well combined.
- Store in an airtight container.
To Make a Cup of Hot Chocolate
- Mix 3 Tablespoons of hot chocolate mix with 1 cup of water or milk.
- Top with mini marshmallows if you'd like, and enjoy!
Notes
- Use good quality cocoa powder, as the flavor will stand out. If you prefer darker and richer hot cocoa, use Dutch processed.
- You can add dehydrated mini marshmallows to the mix, or top with regular marshmallows when you make a cup.
