Instructions
Add ground beef to a large skillet over medium high heat. Breaking apart cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and no longer pink. Drain away any excess grease. Add garlic and ginger and cook for a couple of minutes until you can start to smell it.
1 pound lean ground beef,
3 cloves garlic,
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger
Meanwhile in a liquid measuring cup whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar. sesame oil, rice vinegar, and gochujang sauce until well combined.
1/4 cup soy sauce,
3 Tablespoons brown sugar,
1 Tablespoon sesame oil,
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar,
1 Tablespoon gochujang sauce
Pour the sauce over the beef mixture, stir and bring to a simmer. Cook for 4-5 minutes until it starts to thicken and the beef is well coated.
Remove from the heat and top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over cooked rice.
