Leftover Turkey and Stuffing Meatballs
Turn leftover stuffing into turkey and stuffing meatballs. Quick, easy, and great the next day. Dip in leftover gravy or cranberry sauce!

Ingredients

ground turkey

cups
leftover stuffing/dressing
1
large egg

Tablespoon
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix together turkey, stuffing, and egg. Mix until well combined.
Roll into 1 inch meatballs.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add meatballs, and brown slightly.
Remove and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce for dipping
