Nutella
Chopped Pisatchios
Vegetable Oil
Instructions
Fill a large stock pot with about 4 inches of vegetable oil. Heat to 360 degrees.
Drop biscuits into the hot oil. Only drop 3-4 at a time to not overcrowd the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and puffed.
Remove from hot oil and place on a wire rack or paper towel to drain and cool.
Fill a piping bag, fitted with a round tip (like Wilton 1A), with Nutella.
Press tip into the side of a cooled donut. Squeeze in Nutella. You can squeeze in just a little, or until it is full and starts to back out.
Drizzle a little more Nutella over the top and immediately top with chopped pistachios.
