Ingredients

cups
Rice Krispie cereal
1/4
cup
pumpkin puree
4
Tablespoons
butter
cut into cubes
10
oz
marshmallows
1
teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/2
cup
white chocolate
melted
Pumpkin Mellowcreme candy
Instructions
Place two layers of paper towels on a small plate. Spread the pumpkin over the paper towel and let it drain for 10 minutes.
Spray a baking pan with non-stick spray and set aside. You can use 13x9, 11x7 or 9x9 depending on how thick you want your bars.
Add marshmallows and cubes of butter to a large microwave safe bowl and heat for 45 seconds.
Remove from the microwave and stir. Add in pumpkin and mix until everything is melted. Return to the microwave for 30 more seconds if needed.
Stir in vanilla extract and pumpkin pie seasoning until everything is smooth and well combined.
Fold in cereal until gooey and well coated.
Pour into prepared pan and let set for a couple hours.
Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top and top with candy pumpkins if using.
