Shrimp Salad
This
shrimp salad
recipe is easy to make with chilled shrimp, crisp red onion, and Old Bay seasoning tossed in creamy mayo dressing. Perfect in a shrimp salad sandwich!

Ingredients

salad shrimp
thawed and drained

Tablespoon
finely chopped red onion

cup
mayo

teaspoons
white wine vinegar

teaspoon
old bay seasoning

teaspoon
salt
¼

black pepper
Instructions
Arrange the shrimp on a baking sheet and use a paper towel to pat dry.
1 pound salad shrimp
In a small bowl combine mayo, vinegar, old bay, salt, and pepper and mix until well combined.
½ cup mayo,
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar,
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning,
½ teaspoon salt,
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Add the thawed shrimp and red onion to a bowl. Toss together with the mayo mixture.
1 Tablespoon finely chopped red onion
Serve immediately.
Notes
I like to serve with diced avocado
