Ingredients

pound
large shrimp
peeled and deveined

Tablespoons
butter
2
Tablespoons
olive oil
4
cloves
garlic
minced
1/3
cup
dry white wine

Tablespoons
chopped fresh parsley

teaspoons
lemon juice
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
In a large skillet heat the olive oil and butter together over a medium high heat. Once it is melted, add the garlic and cook for a minute or two.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and add it to the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes and then flip to the other side.
Pour in the wine, and let it simmer for a couple of minutes, until the wine has reduced by about half, and the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
Remove from the heat, stir in lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley.
