Skillet Cookie
Skillet Cookie - ooey, gooey chocolate chip cookie baked in a skillet, and topped with ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream and any other toppings your heart desires!

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter ,softened
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla and eggs until combined. Add flour, salt, and baking soda, mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Put dough in a skillet (makes enough for 2 9-inch skillets), press down into an even layer.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until the edges are set, but the middle is still slightly under baked.
- Remove and top with ice cream and desired toppings.
