Ingredients

thick cut pork chops

olive oil
Spice Blend

paprika
1/2
Tablespoon
black pepper
1/2

sugar

garlic powder
1/2

onion powder
1
teaspoon
dried thyme
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
1
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
cayenne
Instructions
Mix together the spice blend in a small bowl.
1/2 Tablespoon paprika,
1/2 Tablespoon black pepper,
1/2 Tablespoon sugar,
1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder,
1/2 Tablespoon onion powder,
1 teaspoon dried thyme,
1 teaspoon dried oregano,
1 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Drizzle olive oil over the pork chops and brush until they are evenly coated. Sprinkle with spice mixture, and rub until well coated.
4 thick cut pork chops,
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Let the pork chops sit at room temperature while you preheat the smoker to 225ºF.
Place the pork chops on the smoker and cook for 60-90 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145º F.
Remove pork from the smoker and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best Dry Rub
is a great spice rub for more barbecue flavor.
