Stovetop Stuffing Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 6 oz Stovetop Stuffing Mix any variety
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup ketchup divided
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a large bowl mix together ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, 1/3 cup ketchup, milk and water until everything is really well combined.2 pounds ground beef, 6 oz Stovetop Stuffing Mix, 2 large eggs, 2/3 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup water
- Place the ground beef mixture onto the baking sheet and shape into a loaf about 2 inches thick. You can use a loaf pan, the cooking time will just be longer.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and stop with the remaining ketchup. Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the internal temperature is 160º F.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
